Preparation Instructions:

1. Ingredients Needed:
   • 1 kg meat (chicken, beef, or lamb), cut into small pieces
   • 750g basmati rice, washed and soaked
   • 200g tomatoes, sliced
   • 250g potatoes, peeled and quartered
   • 100g plain yogurt, whipped
   • 175g onions, finely sliced
   • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
   • 2 tablespoons ginger paste
   • 10-20 green chilies, whole
   • 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
   • 1 cup mint leaves, chopped
   • 175ml cooking oil
   • 1 packet Shan Biryani Masala
2. Cooking Steps:
   • Fry onions in hot oil until golden brown. Add meat and garlic paste; stir-fry for a few minutes.
   • Add Shan Biryani Masala, potatoes, yogurt, and ginger paste. Cook until meat is tender.
   • Layer with tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, and mint leaves.
   • Separately, boil rice until 3/4 cooked. Drain and layer over the meat mixture.
   • Cover and cook on low heat until rice is fully cooked.

Storage Instructions:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
