MDH Butter Chicken Masala is an aromatic Indian spice blend specially created for preparing rich and flavourful Butter Chicken. A balanced combination of coriander, red chilli, black pepper, turmeric, cumin and aromatic spices gives the dish its authentic Indian taste, inviting aroma and rich flavour.

USES

Perfect for preparing Butter Chicken (Murgh Makhani) and other creamy chicken curries. It can also be used to add flavour to chicken marinades, curry sauces and other Indian-style dishes.

For best results, use with chicken, butter, tomato and cream to create a rich and delicious Butter Chicken curry.
