MDH Garam Masala

MDH Garam Masala is an aromatic Indian spice blend made from a carefully selected combination of warming spices and herbs. It adds a rich aroma, warm flavor and authentic Indian character to a wide variety of dishes.

Uses

Ideal for curries, vegetable dishes, lentils (dal), rice dishes, soups, sauces and marinades. It can also be used to season meat, chicken and other savory dishes.

For best results, add a small amount during cooking or sprinkle towards the end to enhance the aroma and flavour.

Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Dried Ginger, Cinnamon, Yellow Chilli, Cardamom (Amomum), Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Cloves, Nutmeg, Caraway, Mace, Green Cardamom.
