Recipe Suggestion (Vanilla Custard):

1. Mix 2 tbsp (25 g) custard powder with 125 ml milk taken from 500 ml room-temperature milk to form a smooth paste.

2. Bring the remaining 375 ml milk to a boil and add 4 tbsp (50 g) sugar.

3. Slowly add the custard paste to the boiling milk while stirring continuously.

4. Continue stirring for 2 minutes, then allow to cool.

5. Enjoy as a dessert or serve with fruits, jelly, cakes, or ice cream.
